Érguete Foundation offers a self-esteem workshop
A few days ago, Érguete Foundation gave a self-esteem workshop in the facilities of the British school located in Mos, an activity organized and promoted by the school’s PTA.
In this activity, the definition of self-esteem was addressed, what it is and how it influences the children; in behaviors, feelings and thoughts, in the way of interpreting reality, in social relationships, in the strengthening of personality, in learning and school performance, in the autonomy and independence of the child or in tolerance to frustration and overcoming difficulties.
In addition, they talked about the main characteristics of high and low self-esteem, how to live during adolescence and how parents can collaborate in the construction of the self-esteem of their children.
We hope you like it!
